本实用新型公开了一种新型卷盘式喷灌机。这种卷盘式喷灌机主要由车架、手柄、卷盘、水涡轮、变速箱、喷水小车和卷盘驱动机构等七大部分组成。水涡轮和变速箱通过机械加工做成一个整体，简化了变速箱与水涡轮的安装工艺，并且提高了传动效率，使传动更加平稳。变速箱与卷盘之间传动用一个偏心轮和一个棘轮机构来完成，无需安装张紧装置，并且传动更加、平稳。在配备自动停车系统后，能够实现无人职守作业，降低了用户的人工使用费用；在增设排管机构后，可以保证每一层pe管铺排都准确、到位；在安装阻尼装置后，还可以避免在拖出pe管时因卷盘转速不稳定而导致pe管松动散乱。
